Job summary

QED Legal LLP is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing team in the UK. You will handle corporate transactions and commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, landlord and tenant work, leases and development projects.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with around 3+ years’ PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Ideally around 3+ years’ PQE
• Experience in corporate and/or commercial property
• Strong client-facing, drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded and keen to develop

Responsibilities

• Exposure to corporate transactions and commercial property
• Involvement in acquisitions, disposals, restructures, landlord & tenant matters
• Work on leases and development projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality advice
