Job summary

Gowling WLG in Birmingham is seeking a Plot Sales Supervisor to support and lead a team of conveyancers within the Plot Sales group. You will coach, mentor and develop Conveyancers and Conveyancing Assistants, driving consistency and quality in daily delivery while handling workload in a busy environment.

You will act as the first point of escalation for technical and process queries, promote best practice and continuous improvement, and contribute to training and team resilience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a legal environment is essential.
• Experience supervising conveyancers and assistants in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members and deliver targeted training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise conveyancers and conveyancing assistants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as first point of escalation for technical and process queries.
• Promote best practice, support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Plot Sales team to manage workload and deadlines.
