Nationwide is seeking a Controls Assessor (QC) to conduct quality checks on EDD AML cases, identifying risks and ensuring robust customer due diligence. You will review investigations and risk assessments across data sources, delivering constructive feedback to frontline teams.

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of Economic Crime, specifically AML workstreams for Enhanced Due Diligence case types.
• Excellent investigation experience, inclusive of data analysis and decision making.
• The ability to produce quality documentation and reporting.
• Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake quality checks on cases within the EDD AML teams to identify risks to the Society.
• Review investigations into money laundering suspicions and customer risk assessments using internal and external data sources.
• Provide feedback to operational teams on QC findings and recommendations.
• Learn new QC processes to support multiple workstreams and evolve capability.
