Job summary

Artisan Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and refurbishment projects across complex environments. You will manage projects from start to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high standards.

Projects range £150k to £5m including fit outs, refurbishments and alterations. You will liaise with clients, design teams, site managers and subcontractors while leading health and safety and ISO processes throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing others and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and processes.
• Good communication and negotiation with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from start to completion and manage defects period.
• Ensure works meet schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Produce and monitor master programmes and conduct weekly site visits.
• Maintain commercial oversight including valuations and timely payments.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and staff.
