Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is hiring a Contract Management Assistant for a hybrid role in the UK. The role supports the Commercial function, overseeing contract records, supplier queries, and governance documentation through the contract lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience of supporting contract management or procurement activities in a structured environment.
• An understanding of the contract lifecycle including mobilisation, performance monitoring, variations and closure.
• Experience monitoring supplier deliverables, service levels or KPIs.
• Ability to review contract and performance information and escalate risks.

Responsabilidades

• Support contract managers with day-to-day management of supplier contracts across the lifecycle.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables and dates; flag delays or non-compliance.
• Assist with monitoring supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings and track actions to completion.
• Liaise with suppliers, contract managers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
