Hampshire County Council is seeking a motivated Business Support Officer for the Commissioning and Contract Management team in Winchester. The role combines data analysis, reporting and contract oversight in a hybrid working setup.

You will develop dashboards and provide high-quality business support to ensure services are delivered effectively. The post requires strong digital skills with Power BI, SharePoint and Excel, and the ability to inform commissioning decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in local government, health or social care is advantageous.
• Strong digital skills with ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide business support to the Commissioning and Contract Management Team.
• Maintain accurate contract, provider and performance records.
• Coordinate meetings and engagement activities; prepare agendas and track actions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using SharePoint, Excel and Power BI to inform decisions.
• Monitor contract performance and support service improvements.
