Job summary

Qualitymark Protection, based near Chorley, is seeking an experienced Consumer Resolution Officer to manage and investigate customer complaints, delivering fair outcomes in line with internal and regulatory standards.

You will write clear, evidence-based responses, support service improvement, and work with teams to identify root causes and promote a positive complaints culture. Hybrid working is available after you prove competence.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
• Analytical thinker with sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
• Organised and able to manage a caseload with differing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints from receipt through to resolution, in voice and written communications.
• Provide written responses to complaints that are evidence based, clear, fair and not misleading.
