Marshall Motor Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to shape and deliver diverse development projects across its Marshall and cinch facilities. You will lead projects from concept to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This hybrid role is based at our Milton Keynes Head Office with regular travel across the UK stores to support project delivery.

• Demonstrated project management expertise in automotive, retail, or commercial sectors.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills with commercial awareness.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel across the UK network to support project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of construction and development projects across Marshall and cinch facilities from small improvements to large redevelopments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop briefs, specifications, scopes of work and delivery plans.
• Manage external consultants, architects, surveyors, contractors and suppliers through project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with OEM and manufacturer partners to meet brand and operational requirements.
• Own project delivery including budgets, timelines, risk management, communication and quality standards.
• Provide expert construction and development advice to support feasibility and investment decisions.
• Represent the business at site meetings ensuring safety, efficiency and alignment with expectations.
• Oversee procurement, delivery and installation of key project elements including furniture and equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation from CAPEX approvals to handover and manuals.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and value.
