Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing construction projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong understanding of building contracts, design, and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Construction and Site Infrastructure projects.
• Conduct cost-benefit and risk analysis for projects.
• Prepare tender documents and control budgets.
• Coordinate and negotiate contracts with stakeholders.
• Track all project costs ensuring completion within budget.

Skills

Construction/property related degree or equivalent experience

Relevant professional qualification in discipline covering building and construction

Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a portfolio of development projects

Significant experience of the development process including building contracts

Experience of contract management and change control
