A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Consortium Programme Manager to oversee operations of a unique brain cancer research consortium. This role involves developing management processes, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring effective strategies for research delivery. Ideal candidates will have project management experience in complex research environments. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days on-site and two days remote work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of project/programme management.
• Significant experience in complex multi-partner research projects/programmes.
• Proactive and highly organized with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and establishment of Consortium processes.
• Develop systems to identify and remedy underperformance.
• Work closely with Consortium leadership on research strategies.
• Oversee Consortium Steering Committee and ensure effective administration.
• Advise on NIHR aspects and ensure actions by Committee are delivered.
