T. Rowe Price Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Global Compliance Monitoring & Testing team. You will execute the EMEA monitoring program, partner with Compliance and business teams, and evaluate controls to mitigate regulatory risk.

The role requires extensive compliance monitoring, testing experience in asset management, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work is available, with some on-site collaboration in London and regional offices.

Qualifications

• Prior compliance monitoring and testing or audit experience.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance within the asset management industry.
• Knowledge of FCA regulatory framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking monitoring and surveillance in line with Global Compliance Monitoring and Testing Programme.
• Performing comprehensive monitoring and testing of processes to ensure regulatory requirements are met for TRPIL and subsidiaries.
• Escalation of significant issues and reporting findings to EMEA Compliance Advisory and EMEA CCO.
• Identify and propose remediation plans and collaborate with partners to ensure timely closure of findings.
• Document test work and draft reports describing testing performed and results.
• Track status of findings and ensure updates and due dates are met.
