Job summary

Kambi is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its Legal team, supporting global regulatory compliance activities across London and Malta. The role focuses on due diligence, policy lifecycle, licensing submissions, and coordination with regulators and executives.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience working within compliance/regulatory.
• Experience with AML, ABC and Policy monitoring.
• An AML qualification would be highly beneficial.
• Organised, proactive and with an excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and to tight deadlines on assigned tasks.
• An eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end due diligence for clients/partners, including intake, evidence collection, review, risk assessment and renewal.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Own policy lifecycle management: drafting, rollout, training, and reviews.
• Provide admin support to the Compliance Committee.
• Prepare licensing submissions and exhibits for license applications.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and key executives.
• Support information management and updates to licenses/registrations.
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams and mentor team members.
