Condé Nast Holdings Limited, based in London, seeks a Compensation Manager to lead UK and European compensation initiatives across multiple markets. You will design salary structures, benchmark roles, ensure pay equity, and drive compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

You will collaborate with global teams and People Partners on merit, promotions, and equity programs while ensuring accurate Workday transactions and insightful reporting. This role is office-based in London.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in compensation or HR.
• Handle confidential data with professionalism.
• Advanced MS Office or Google Suite skills.
• Experience with Workday and incentive plans.
• Ability to produce detailed reports and insights.
• Interest in AI readiness for People processes.
• Analytical, research and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Independent worker, able to operate across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain UK & Europe salary structures for recruitment and promotion.
• Partner on offers and benchmarking for new roles.
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Own UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and pay equity studies.
• Collaborate with global compensation on projects and restructures.
• Support core processes: merit, promotions, benchmarking and equity.
• Assist with ad hoc compensation requests with People teams.
• Approve Workday compensation transactions as appropriate.
