Job summary

Gsttcharity is seeking a Community Fundraising Manager in London to lead a multi-brand community fundraising programme. You will drive income growth, manage a high-performing team and collaborate with hospital partners to shape future strategy and resources.

Reporting to the Head of Community & Events, you will deliver data-driven acquisition and stewardship, oversee budgets and stakeholder engagement, and advocate continuous programme improvement across our charity brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a community fundraising programme to meet targets.
• Experience with data- and insight-led acquisition and stewardship programmes.
• Experience managing multiple projects with complex budgets and KPIs.
• Line management and team development experience.
• Experience with managing suppliers for bespoke events.
• Knowledge of fundraising databases (Raiser's Edge or Salesforce).
• Understanding NHS Charities or healthcare fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Agree and meet ambitious income and acquisition targets and manage costs.
• Design and deliver an ambitious growth strategy with hospital partners.
• Lead the Community Fundraising team on implementing new opportunities.
• Monitor income and data trends to inform future activities.
