Job summary

Qualifications

• Practical experience working with NEC and JCT contracts.
• Good understanding of contract performance, commercial risk and profitability.
• Strong commercial and numerical skills.
• Confidence dealing with operational teams, customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing NEC and JCT contracts, including variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Working with project teams to protect margin, control costs and improve commercial outcomes.
• Reviewing contracts and identifying potential commercial exposure.
• Supporting pricing, tenders and new business opportunities.
• Monitoring contract performance, profitability and cash flow.
• Improving commercial reporting and visibility for senior management.
• Working closely with Operations, Finance and Sales.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the value and profitability of existing customer contracts.
