Qualifications

• PQE of at least 5 years in commercial and civil litigation.
• Strong academic background.
• Experience in commercial and civil litigation and managing cases end-to-end.
• Strong client care and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters from instruction through to completion with practical advice.
• Handle a varied caseload including disputes, contract issues, and property matters.
• Engage clients face-to-face or by phone, tailoring advice to their needs.
• Develop new business through networking and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work with the Head of Department and support staff to deliver outcomes.
