The People Pod in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business in commercial insurance, with hybrid working arrangements. You will identify prospects, present tailored insurance solutions, and secure clients while building lasting relationships across sectors.

You will manage and expand a growing client portfolio, negotiate terms with insurers, and deliver ongoing insurance advice to maximise book profitability.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or similar in commercial insurance (new business focus).
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and grow a commercial insurance book across sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, target, and secure new commercial insurance clients and build a robust pipeline.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients across target sectors including Construction, Logistics and Waste Management.
• Manage the full new business sales cycle from prospecting to presenting solutions and securing clients.
• Work with marketing and lead generation teams to convert leads into business and hit new business targets.
• Retain and grow client portfolios with ongoing insurance advice and cross-selling opportunities.

Educación

Cert CII or above desirable
