Job Box Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a busy team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on servicing commercial insurance clients, handling renewals and cross-selling opportunities, with a hybrid working arrangement.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in commercial insurance, strong client relationship skills, and experience with products such as Property Owners, Commercial Combined, and Liability. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial insurance is essential.
• Previous insurance brokerage experience.
• Experience with a range of commercial insurance products, such as Property Owners, Commercial Combined, Motor Fleet, Liability, Professional Indemnity, Shop and Office policies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Telephone sales experience.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Handling renewals, new business enquiries and policy adjustments.
• Liaising with clients and insurance providers.
• Processing claims and maintaining accurate client records.
• Marketing and inviting renewals.
• Cross-selling insurance products and identifying new business opportunities.
• Providing a high standard of customer service.
• Ensuring all activities comply with FCA guidelines.
