Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred but not essential.
• Acturis experience would be very advantageous.
• Ability to organise and manage own work.
• Strong communication skills: telephone, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure insurance requirements are met.
• Assist with forecasts, targets, and budgets for your area.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and other handlers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and changes for commercial accounts.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms for commercial clients in York.
