Qualifications

• Experience handling commercial or SME general insurance products.
• Solid understanding of core commercial lines (Property, Liability, Fleet, Indemnity).
• Willingness to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII or Dip CII).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary professional contact for clients and build strong relationships.
• Execute full broking lifecycle for renewals, MTAs and new business queries.
• Negotiate with underwriters to secure best terms and cover for clients.
• Prepare policy documentation and maintain FCA/compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth client handovers.
