Qualifications

• Solid commercial insurance claims experience.
• Experience with multiple classes such as Motor, Property, Business Interruption, Employers' Liability or Public Liability is useful.
• Ability to interpret policy cover and advise next steps to clients.
• Strong client communication and relationship skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Willingness to work towards CII qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial insurance claims (Motor, Property, BI, Liability).
• Review policy information and establish the relevant cover, conditions and requirements.
• Notify and present claims to insurers accurately.
• Keep clients informed and provide clear, practical advice throughout the process.
• Liaise with insurers and stakeholders to progress claims and challenge delays where needed.
• Maintain accurate claims records and diary management to keep workflow moving.
• Provide claims information and insight to the broking team for servicing and renewals.
