Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a Commercial Assistant to provide commercial support to the NNB Commercial Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in Bristol with a hybrid work pattern (minimum 3 days onsite) and a salary around £32,000 per annum.

Key duties include evaluating contractor applications, processing payments, and administering commercial tools and events. Right to work in the UK is required; the team emphasises collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications

• Have relevant work experience with ability to demonstrate a track record of successful contract administration/goods receipting.
• Experience of working as part of a team within a commercial environment.
• Good working knowledge of contracts, basic estimating, valuations, cost reporting and financial modelling is desirable.
• Good communication skills to command professional respect at all levels is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support to the NNB Commercial Management Team.
• Administer Task Orders, Compensation Events and Early Warnings.
• Monitor and report on commercial aspects of contracts and flag issues early to the Commercial Manager.
• Administer commercial management tools including CEMAR and SAP.
