Job summary
Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC is seeking an experienced Collections Portfolio / Effectiveness Manager to optimise the end-to-end collections portfolio and drive arrears reduction while ensuring fair customer outcomes and regulatory compliance. Qualifications
- Experience in collections strategy and portfolio management within financial services (motor finance strongly desired).
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups and complex formulas; strong data analysis abilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the performance of the collections portfolio across all delinquency stages.
- Develop and implement collections strategies to reduce arrears and improve cure rates.
- Analyse disposal proceeds against forecast residual values and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Embed Consumer Duty principles across portfolio strategies and interventions.
- Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and regulatory submissions when required.
