Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow seeks IT Architects to lead design and implementation of hybrid cloud modernisation projects for Public Sector clients. You will provide technical leadership for migrating existing applications to cloud and for building new cloud native solutions.

You will work with AWS/Azure, microservice architectures, and a range of cloud, devops and integration technologies. You will lead transformations from system requirements through delivery, ensuring overall solution

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering hybrid cloud architectures.
• Expertise with AWS and/or Azure and cloud-native services.
• Hands-on architectural leadership across large-scale, multi-vendor deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of hybrid cloud modernisation projects for public sector clients.
• Provide architectural, consultative and engineering support for journeys to the cloud.
• Lead transformations from requirements to delivery and production/deployment, ensuring solution integrity.
