Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to shape secure cloud architectures across Azure, GCP and hybrid environments. You will develop reference architectures, perform threat modelling, and embed security guardrails early in design with engineering teams.

You will review proposals for security gaps, maintain governance, and articulate risk mitigations to senior partners. The role demands broad security expertise and a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ability to model threats and risks for complex cloud systems.
• Broad cloud security expertise across Azure and GCP, with SME in at least one area.

Responsabilités

• Develop reference architectures and guardrails for secure cloud adoption.
• Conduct threat modelling and security assessments for new cloud services.
• Embed security into design with engineering and product teams.
• Review external architectures for security gaps.
• Uphold secure-by-design principles and architecture governance.
• Communicate risks and mitigations to senior stakeholders.
• Anticipate customer needs and address them proactively.
