The role emphasizes secure-by-design principles, threat modelling, and collaboration with engineering and product teams across Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.

You will shape cloud security architecture and drive governance, with a focus on preventing security gaps and ensuring resilience.

• Governance, risk & compliance decisions and adherence to security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce reference architectures, patterns and blueprints for secure cloud adoption across Azure, GCP and hybrid environments.
• Conduct threat modelling and security assessments for new cloud services and define preventative and detective controls.
• Embed security guardrails early in design in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Review external architecture proposals and identify security gaps.
• Document and uphold secure-by-design principles and architecture governance.
