Job summary

Space NK Limited is seeking a Security Engineer – Cloud & On-Premises (Hybrid Security) at our London head office. You will protect, monitor and improve security across cloud and on-premises environments, with hands-on work across Azure, Defender, and identity security.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Cyber Security and Service teams to investigate events, implement controls, remediate vulnerabilities, and drive security improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security operations experience in cloud/infra.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, 365 and Entra ID security concepts.
• Ability to investigate security incidents and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support security controls across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and on-premises infrastructure.
• Monitor and investigate security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate containment, remediation and recovery activities.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Application teams during investigation and remediation.
• Develop and tune security analytics, rules, alerts and dashboards in Sentinel.
