Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a Security & Network Engineer to architect and operationalise a secure, compliant network and infrastructure backbone across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments. You will own the governance, design, and security policies while guiding teams to embed security into every decision without slowing velocity.

You will shape security architecture, mentor engineers, and lead incident response for critical infrastructure events, contributing to a security‑first culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network engineering/infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on with enterprise network security: firewalls and segmentation.
• Experience designing Zero Trust and least-privilege architectures.
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead secure network design across on‑prem and hybrid cloud environments.
• Define segmentation, Zero Trust designs, and policy-driven network governance.
• Develop and maintain security policies, baseline configurations and compliance frameworks.
• Lead security hardening for network appliances and patch lifecycles.
• Own network security posture in AWS/Azure/GCP with cloud governance controls.
• Mentor engineers and foster secure-by-default culture.
