Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in Cardiff with at least 2 years’ PQE to handle claimant cases and support senior lawyers on complex matters. The team works across birth injury, misdiagnosis, fatal claims, and spinal injury cases, offering high-quality work and meaningful client impact.

You will manage your own caseload while collaborating with an esteemed team in a flexible, hybrid environment, benefiting from excellent training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Clinical Negligence.
• Experience acting for claimants on clinical negligence matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload.
• Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value claims.
• Handle a broad spectrum of medical negligence matters.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate client service from Cardiff office.
