Chadwick Nott is partnering with a national law firm in Taunton to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor. You will handle a varied caseload, including birth injuries and catastrophic claims, while receiving strong supervision and structured development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Applications are invited from Solicitors with up to 5 years' PQE and experience in clinical negligence or serious injury litigation.
• Solid clinical negligence experience gained within a reputable firm.
• Strong drafting, litigation and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for your own files as experience allows, while assisting senior lawyers and Partners on substantial, multi-million-pound cases.
• Work on complex claims including birth/neonatal injuries, brain and spinal injuries, delaying cancer diagnoses, and other catastrophic injuries.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality claimant work and contribute to business development.
