Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking an experienced Client Facing Paraplanner to join a well-established financial planning team in County Down, Northern Ireland. You will support high-value client cases, prepare financial plans and reports, and collaborate closely with a senior adviser to deliver holistic financial advice.

The role is hybrid, based in County Down, offering flexibility and in-person collaboration with the adviser and wider team.

Qualifications

• Experience in paraplanning, financial planning or wealth management with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience or knowledge of cashflow modelling and complex or higher-value cases.
• Confidence working directly with clients, strong communication and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ideally completed or working towards CFP; Chartered Financial Planner status or progress toward it will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside a senior financial adviser and support the advice process.
• Prepare financial plans, suitability reports and meeting materials, and build cashflow models.
• Research pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning, while ensuring documentation meets compliance standards.
