DWF Law LLP is seeking a Client Contract Delivery Manager in Manchester, with a hybrid pattern: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. As a Client Contract Delivery Manager, you'll work closely with client stakeholders, operational teams, and senior leaders to ensure contractual commitments are delivered, risks are effectively managed, and opportunities for continuous improvement are identified. The role is based from either our Manchester or Liverpool office, with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote, alongside occasional travel to client locations as required.
As the primary operational contact for a portfolio of client contracts, you will build strong client relationships, working alongside Client Relationship Partners and key stakeholders to understand client priorities and deliver an outstanding service experience. You will support strategic account planning, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage governance requirements, and oversee the delivery of reporting, training, ESG commitments, and other value-added services.
You will take ownership of contract delivery throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing service management. Working closely with operational, Finance and Business Intelligence teams, you will monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, analyse financial and contractual data, manage risks, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
