Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant on a fixed-term basis until February 2027, with hybrid working after an initial training period. You will support the production of management information for clients and internal teams, responding to financial queries and ensuring data integrity.

DBS checks are mandatory and experience in finance is advantageous. Reporting to the Reporting & Reconciliations Manager, the role requires strong communication and attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role.
• Experience with MS packages such as Excel.
• Possess or studying towards an AAT Qualification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of management information for clients and internally, through timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Respond to ad hoc financial queries, providing support to the property teams and accounts administrators, ensuring data integrity.
• Attend client meetings as required.
