Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group seeks a Hybrid Claims Owner to manage customer claims end-to-end within our General Insurance Customer Operations. You’ll balance empathy with sound decision-making to deliver fair outcomes and ensure policy terms are applied correctly.

You’ll work in a hybrid model across Halifax/Leeds, collaborating with Hybrid Field Consultants to provide excellent service, manage risk, and develop professionally within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of claims and sound decision making.
• Strong knowledge of insurance contracts and FCA/industry requirements.
• Experience with customer-focused complaint handling.
• Ability to lead investigations and progress claims through to resolution.
