Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a skilled Claims Business Analyst to join the Claims Performance team. You will collaborate with Claims stakeholders, Product, Technology and Change to identify business needs, define solutions, and document requirements that support strategic development of Claims capabilities.

This product-focused role operates within an Agile environment and reports to the Claims Product Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within insurance or a regulated environment.
• Experience producing clear BRDs, epics, features, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Strong process-mapping skills and ability to document processes at appropriate detail levels.
• Experience supporting UAT and collaborating with delivery and testing teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance and control environments in insurance.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyse, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple teams.
• Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Create artefacts such as BRDs, process maps, data models and traceability matrices.
• Contribute to UAT planning, test scenarios and defect triage.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
