Job summary

Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed SaaS business to hire an experienced CFO to lead the finance function and act as a strategic partner to the CEO, the Board and investors. The role is based in East Anglia with 1-3 days in the office, reporting on financial strategy, reporting, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have CFO or senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models.
• Exposure to private equity environments.
• Strong M&A and integration credentials.
• Proven ability to scale rapid growth businesses.
• Credible with boards, investors and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO
• Drive value creation initiatives across the business
• Support an active buy-and-build strategy, including acquisition execution and integration
• Develop FP&A and commercial decision-making capabilities
• Manage banking, debt and investor relationships
• Scale processes, systems and controls to support international growth
• Prepare the business for a future exit event
