InHealth is seeking a Chief Cardiac Physiologist to lead the Echo team across North London clinics, based at one site per day. You will perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms, provide second‑opinion support, and mentor trainees while driving quality improvements.

The role requires BSE accreditation, strong independent reporting, and a patient‑first approach within a professional team. Hybrid? with a focus on clinic‑based work in North London.

Qualifications

• BSE accreditation or equivalent is essential.
• Experience performing adult transthoracic echocardiograms.
• Strong mentoring and teaching abilities with trainees.
• Committed to patient safety and clinical quality.

Responsabilités

• Perform and report adult transthoracic echocardiograms to BSE standards.
• Provide expert support through second-opinion rota and uphold best practice.
• Mentor trainee physiologists and support their development.
• Lead clinical audits and drive service quality improvements.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and regular QA checks.
• Support urgent referrals with clear communication to GPs and hospital teams.
• Assist with bookings and maintain patient systems.
