Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering behaviour change campaigns in the public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Experience using data, insight and evaluation to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Knowledge of environmental services or related public environment initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of a major behaviour change campaign focused on community pride and environmental responsibility.
• Develop and implement multi-channel communications strategies using audience insight and segmentation.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, residents and community groups to maximise engagement.
• Utilise recognised behaviour change frameworks, social media and OOH marketing techniques.
• Monitor campaign performance through data, evaluation and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
