Qualifications

• Commercial experience with C#/.NET
• Experience solving data-driven problems
• Experience working with XML
• Working knowledge of SQL Server (tables, relationships, basic queries)
• Experience providing technical or application support to clients
• Experience troubleshooting under deadlines
• Methodical testing and problem solving with attention to detail
• Good communication and client/supplier interaction
• Ability to interpret and validate technical information and data

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications and solutions using C#/.NET
• Investigate and resolve technical issues through the application support helpdesk
• Work on client production requests and support the regular processing of data
• Test software, investigate bugs and help ensure solutions are reliable before release
• Work with clients and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues and deliver projects
• Work with XML to process and manipulate data
• Use SQL Server to investigate data, understand relationships and write basic queries
• Build and maintain new tools and functionality based on client requirements
