Job summary

Adecco London is seeking a skilled C++ Developer for a 6-month contract. You will design, develop and support risk analysis, trade booking, valuation and regulatory reporting, collaborating with business users and analysts in Sales & Trading.

You will join a global Level 3 on-call team, work 2 days per week in the office, and help improve CICD processes, testing and deployments, with a focus on Front and Back Office software.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or a similar engineering field.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and SQL.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OO design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support robust and scalable software for risk analysis, trade booking, valuation, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure developed applications meet specifications.
• Be part of a global follow-the-Sun Level 3 support team, participating in on-call rotas.
• Enhance corporate software development standards and improve CICD processes.
• Automate software unit and integration testing, builds, and deployments.
