Senior C++ Engineer – Trading role based in London with Certain Advantage. This is a 6-month on-site contract requiring presence 3 days a week.

You'll develop low-latency connectivity, build trading algorithms with traders and quants, optimize performance, and maintain testing frameworks across a global platform.

Applicants should have strong C++ in financial services, experience with FIX/WebSockets/HTTP, and a deep understanding of derivatives trading lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• C++ software development experience in financial services.
• Experience with trading, capital markets, or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and trading lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Develop low-latency exchange connectivity using FIX/WebSockets/HTTP.
• Build and optimize high-performance trading algorithms with traders and quants.
• Improve performance via kernel bypass, TLS optimization, connection tuning.
• Investigate production issues, improve reliability and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain automated testing frameworks and QA processes.
• Support releases and deployments across the global trading platform.
