Job summary

Advania is seeking a Business Central Developer to join our UK team. You will work on client projects, customise Dynamics NAV/Business Central, and integrate with external systems in a hybrid working model.

The role requires expertise in AL/C/AL, source control, SQL, reporting, and third-party ISV integrations. You will collaborate with clients, estimate work, train users, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS).
Strong knowledge of AL and C/AL programming languages.
Experience with git-based source control (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
Proficient in SQL Server including T-SQL, SSRS, and indexing/keys.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and document data, workflows, and dependencies.
Scope and estimate projects with realistic delivery schedules.
Develop and support customisations for client needs.
Provide user training and empower solution adoption.
Communicate project delays and manage client relationships.
Debug Business Central and NAV issues on-premises or in the cloud.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication.
Manage projects to be on time and within budget.
