Job summary

Advania is seeking a skilled Business Central Developer to join our UK team. You will work on a range of client projects, implementing bespoke Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV customisations and integrations, while providing user training and ongoing support.

The role involves collaborating with clients, scoping projects, and ensuring timely delivery with strong focus on quality and customer service. We support a hybrid work policy balancing office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS).
• Experience with git-based source control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Deep understanding of C/AL and AL programming languages.
• Experience with Shopify connectors and integrations.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSRS, and indexing/keys.
• RDLC report design using Microsoft Report Builder.
• Familiarity with third-party ISVs such as Jet Reports, MobileNAV, Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

The right candidate for this role will have:

• Dynamics Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS).
• Source Control Knowledge: Experience with git-based source control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of C/AL and AL programming languages.
• Integration Skills: Experience with Shopify connectors and integrations.
• SQL Knowledge: Technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSRS, and indexing/keys.
• Report Design: RDLC report design using Microsoft Report Builder.
• Third-Party ISV Experience: Familiarity with third-party ISVs such as Jet Reports, MobileNAV, Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS.

Experience within a Microsoft Partner organisation would be desirable, but is not essential to apply.
