Job summary

Pangea is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a contract role in London, hybrid working arrangement. You will support a major cross-ETRM and multi-commodity data integration programme, collaborating with trading, operations, technology and back-office teams to deliver data and process integration on the automation platform.

Qualifications

Extensive BA experience in commodities trading.
Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and data flows.
Experience with ETRM, data integration or systems transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business, process and data requirements.
Translate requirements into development tasks for engineering teams.
Analyse data flows, mappings and integration requirements across ETRM platforms.
Drive process standardisation, automation and operational improvements.
Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across global units.
Support testing, UAT and business change activities.
