Job summary

North West Housing Services, based in Liverpool, seeks an experienced Building Surveyor to oversee maintenance and investment services for members, including reactive repairs, void management and surveys.

You will liaise with the Building Safety and Compliance Team and manage contract administration, reporting, and data accuracy. A positive, collaborative approach and sound technical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery of property maintenance and investment services.
• Ability to conduct stock condition surveys.
• Knowledge of tendering procedures.
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience.
• Extensive use of computerised maintenance systems.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery of maintenance and investment services for members.
