Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK&I is seeking a Creative Design Manager to oversee a high-quality brand experience across the UK, blending design leadership with practical project and budget management. You will work within the UK&I marketing team to execute brand initiatives across physical and digital touchpoints.

The role requires strong branding, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand management, brand experience, or related role.
• Strong branding, visual identity, and storytelling knowledge.
• Experience managing office & event branding and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office; collaborate with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of brand experience initiatives across the UK, ensuring consistent application of global brand guidelines.
• Manage office branding including design, production, and installation.
• Manage event branding for internal and external events, including assets and materials.
• Design and develop marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, signage, digital assets, and campaigns.
• Brief and coordinate creative agencies, designers, videographers, and vendors.
• Manage brand video development including testimonials and leadership stories.
• Identify industry awards, manage submissions with stakeholders.
• Support timelines, budgets, and deliverables; project and vendor coordination.
• Handle procurement-related tasks and vendor contracts.
