Job summary

Linassi+Co, an independent brand and digital agency in Ipswich, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our hybrid team. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate brand and digital projects, and work with designers, developers and strategists to deliver work to a high standard.

Based in Ipswich with hybrid working flexibility, you will develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, identify opportunities, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client services or project management within a creative, branding, marketing or digital agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and internal teams at different levels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Experience preparing creative briefs, managing project schedules and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, estimates and project scope.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact, building trusted, productive relationships with clients.
• Develop a clear understanding of clients' businesses, objectives and commercial priorities.
• Manage day-to-day communication, expectations and feedback with professionalism and confidence.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and introduce additional agency services.
• Contribute to client meetings, presentations and strategic discussions.
