Talent Search Ltd is seeking an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in Winchester with hybrid working. You will manage and nurture clients across sectors, plan pitches, craft proposals, schedule work, and ensure deadline-driven delivery of online and offline marketing services.

The role requires 3+ years in a marketing agency, strong English communication, a marketing degree, WordPress CMS experience, and keen commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing agency environment.
• Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills.
• Degree in marketing or a related subject.
• Experience in using website CMS systems, in particular WordPress.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of web and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC)
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Help plan and join pitch and new business meetings.
• Create proposals and quotations for the work required.
• Book in projects and schedule any work required with the production manager.
• Manage client workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
• Have a good understanding of online and offline marketing services offered.
• Ensure quality and consistency of work before it goes to clients.
• Manage client expectations.
• Regular Zoom and face-to-face meetings on and off-site.
• Interpret client briefings and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and partners.
