Allen Associates in Oxford is seeking a proactive Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager to manage key finance processes, maintain accurate records in Xero, and produce weekly and monthly Management Accounts.

You will handle payroll for 10 full-time and 10 freelance staff, liaise with accountants on Annual Tax Returns, and support stakeholders with clear, timely financial information. The role offers hybrid working after training and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Strong bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
• Xero experience maintaining accurate financial records.
• Proven ability to produce weekly and monthly Management Accounts.
• Experience running payroll for a mix of staff.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and handling queries calmly.
