Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is offering a Hybrid Business Development Intern placement in Winnersh, Reading. The 13-month program runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2027, with an average of two days per week in the office.

You’ll join the Networking Business Development team to build analytics, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills. This placement expects a second-year student in a four-year degree with a compulsory or optional industrial placement year, aiming for a 2:1, and eligibility to

Qualifications

• Currently in the second year of a four-year degree with an industrial placement year.
• On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 and eligible to work in the UK for a 13-month placement.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills, able to work independently.
• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Networking Business Development team with analysis, reporting and communications.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards using Excel, Power BI and internal systems.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and distributor data; present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate promotions, pricing information and SharePoint content.
• Assist partner engagement activities and events, including distributor reviews.
